Tourist
visa|
Authorizes
entries to Mexico
ONLY with non-lucrative
recreational activities, health, artistical,
cultural or sportive
porpuses.
This
kind of visa is available for Indian,
Sri Lankan, Nepalesse and Bangladeshi* nationals,
as well as other nationalities.
REQUIREMENTS
This
is a non-exhaustive list published for general
information porpuses only. Consular officials
may require additional information to examine
each applicant profile.

Valid passport for
at least six months from the intended date of
entry.

Prove of economic solvency: property titles, income
tax returns, international credit cards, bank
statements or salary certificates (containing
original
signatures, datails of the salary and time of
employment); independent
entrepreneures may add information related to
owned companies.

One recent passport size photograph.
-
Fee (cash / rupees only).
Note: A copy of the flight
schedule is desirable as well as other
valid visa.
Leisure cruises
Regardless of their nationality, foreigners traveling
on leisure cruises, who have embarked the ship
in a third country, do not require visa or Entry
Permits’ to visit Mexican seaports. Their
arrival will be authorized by the Inmigration
authority directly at the port of entry.
* Bangladesh nationals require previous authorization
from the INM, kindly allow one week for it to
arrive. Please contact the nearest Mexican Mission.

to bring originals and photocopies of documents
required herewith.
R
E M A R K S :
Multiple
entry:
Holders
of Mexican visas can entry by land or air all along
its validity time.
Permanent
residents of
the United States, Canada and Japan:
Regardless
of their nationality, LEGAL
PERMANENT RESIDENTS of the United States,
Cadadá and Japan DO NOT
require visa to entry Mexico. Upon arrival, will
be mandatory to show valid passport AND permanent
residence permits.
Leisure
cruises
Regardless of their nationality, foreigners traveling
on leisure cruises, who have embarked the ship in
a third country, do not require visa or Entry Permits’

| What
other documents can be submitted
as proof economic solvency?
To the
satisfaction of the consular authority, the applicant
may include in its original application the copies of
the deeds of property in his name, leases, investment
in securities, certificates of deposit, certificates of
pension payment record taxes or tax return income from
last semester, among others.
I
travel representing my company or government
agency that covers my expenses. What
documents should I have to submit?
For
those applicants who travel frequently on
company accounts for training course, workshop,
convention, seminar, non lucrative sales,
cultural or sportive meetings, the working
document to submit must indicate the reasons
for travel, the expected frequency duration
and detail of the place and the amount of
travel expenses to be incurred by the financing
the trip.
Those
who attend exhibitions and fairs as sales
representatives, exhibitors, among others,
provided that their visit is intended to
promote trade in goods and services, will
be mandatory to apply for immigration
status as “Business Visitors –
FM3”.
Can
a third person cover my travel expenses?
To
the satisfaction of the consular authority,
only family heads can cover travel expenses
for parents, spouses and sons or daughers.
In any other case, it is up to the applicants
to submit individual prove of economic solvency
as described herewith. In certain cases,
only the Nacional
Migration Institution in Mexico may authorize
entry permits.
I
am a student travelling for turistical porpuses
only.
What documents will
I have to submit?
To satisfy
the consular authority, students
shall submit academic records,
school certificates, student ID, along with parental liability
and prove of economic solvency as described herewith.
Does
Mexican visa
have any cost?
Acording
to migratory permit and nationality, visa
charges may apply, payable at Embassy premises
in cash in Indian currency only. |
