General Objective
Contribute to the definition of concrete actions
and policies with the aim to incorporate international human rights
norms and standards in Mexico. Specific
Objectives
1. To achieve the comprehension of the
international and regional protection of human rights and
the international obligations of Mexico.
2. To consolidate a space and to cause
a dialogue culture between Government and civil society.
3. To facilitate the exchange of knowledge
and experiences to contribute to elaboration of public
policies proposals based on international norms and standards
on human rights.
4. To design a diffusion campaign to
transmit the experience and knowledge derived of the Program..
